Secure AI deployments
AI deployments that match your risk profile.
Not every workflow needs the same posture. We deploy Cloud, Hybrid, or On-Prem based on your data sensitivity, policy requirements, and operational needs— with governance and auditability baked in.
Hybrid is usually the best balance: keep sensitive client documents local (or in your tenant), apply AI selectively where it adds value, and keep attorneys in charge with approvals and a decision trail.
Note: In Hybrid deployments, we use minimization/redaction (not “true anonymization”) and keep rehydration local to maintain control.
Three deployment paths
Same outcomes. Different infrastructure. We recommend the simplest path that meets your policy and gets results.
On-Prem AI (Localized)
Iron Dome
Best for: Privacy-first firms, high document volume, maximum control over client data.
A private AI stack running inside your office network. Client documents remain on-prem by default; any outbound telemetry is opt-in and contract-defined.
Pros
- Maximum privacy posture
- No per-token usage billing
- Fast for local-file workflows
Considerations
- Higher upfront CapEx (hardware)
- Requires basic IT ownership (or managed appliance)
Cloud-Native AI
Agile Stream
Best for: Rapid deployment, distributed teams, standard business data.
Cloud AI with secure pipelines. We implement access controls, secrets handling, and governance so your firm can scale safely.
Pros
- Fast rollout
- Scales easily
- Works anywhere
Considerations
- Ongoing API usage costs
- Vendor dependency/terms
Hybrid (Recommended for most firms)
Vectis Signature
RecommendedBest for: Balanced power + privacy with strong controls.
Sensitive client documents stay local or in your tenant. We extract/minimize locally, send only what’s needed for reasoning, then rehydrate locally with a full decision trail.
Pros
- Best balance of capability + control
- Optimized cost
- Strong compliance posture
Considerations
- Most complex architecture (Vectis handles end-to-end)
What you always get
- Data-flow map (what moves where, and why)
- Role-based access controls + secrets handling
- Human-in-the-loop approvals where it matters
- Searchable decision trail (“Vectis Audit Log”)
- Exception queue for low-confidence items
Governance & auditability
Attorneys trust controls. Every automation should be explainable, reviewable, and reversible.
- Confidence thresholds (auto-post only above X)
- Action allow-list (e.g., never disburse trust funds without approval)
- Retention rules + exportable logs
- Change control on prompts/models + versioning
Where AWS fits (optional)
AWS is a deployment option—not a required tool. If hosting in client-owned AWS reduces risk and improves repeatability, we'll deploy there. Otherwise, we automate inside your existing systems (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace / practice management tools).
