Vectis has run its own agents in production since April 2026 on Hermes Agent, the open-source harness from Nous Research: three agents, one of which routes work through our automated build pipeline. They operate under the same program we bring to clients — an AI Use Charter, a provider allowlist, approval gates, an audit trail, and a supervision program built from our own incident log. One agent runs entirely on local hardware with an open-weight model; the others have changed models without a rebuild.
