The founder
Vectis was founded by Sorin Decu after a decade in private banking as a fiduciary — a role where every decision is governed by regulation, documentation, and duty to the client. That background shapes how we build: AI deployed under rules, with evidence trails, not around them. We work with organizations in industries that the AI wave hasn't served well — local government, legal, real estate, and financial services — and translate the technology into terms their regulators already speak.
